The staff was incredibly professional and attentive, making me feel comfortable throughout the process. They took their time to ensure everything was perfect, and the final look exceeded my expectations. My lashes are now beautifully done—fluffy, natural, and just the right length. Not one to get lashes only for a special occasion, I was first one in when the shop opened, friendly greeting, the chair was a little uncomfortable for the duration to get lashes on but Informative and helpful of the lashes if they need some extra attention. All went well.

My experience was great. Nil issues, friendly and great job. While I was there though, a customer came in unhappy with her lashes that were done the day before. The supervisor on shift told her “it’s not really my problem, you have to call head office”. It was then sorted out but that initial response was horrible.
