First time having eyelash extensions, was quite nervous as I’ve seen some real shockers and I’m pretty picky. Kwan asked lots of questions before starting to gauge the look I wanted to achieve and showed me pics of what she was suggesting. I’m very happy with the result. They look as was discussed and I can’t feel them they are so light weight. Kwan also discussed the after care process to maintain the lashes. She is very thorough and was also lovely to deal with.

Rachel is absolutely amazing at her craft! Makes my eyebrows and lashes look like a million dollars! I always get so many compliments aftwerwards from friends and even strangers! Would definitley recommend!

Amazing! I have sensitive skin and usually when I get my eyebrows waxed I’ll be red for hours. After seeing Winnie you could barely tell that I’d just been waxed! Very minimal redness. My face still feels divine the next day after having the facial and I’m loving the look of my tinted eyelashes. Thank you Winnie.
