I had such a great experience at Beauty Hub Chermside! I booked in for a lash lift and tint plus a brow and upper lip wax. The staff were so friendly, welcoming and incredibly helpful — especially as my eyes are very sensitive and tend to tear up when being touched. They were patient, gentle, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The results are fantastic — my lashes look amazing and my brows are perfectly shaped. I really appreciated the care and attention to detail. Highly recommend this lovely team!

My technician was amazing and highly experienced. After a very comprehensive consultation I changed the shape and style of my lashes to better suit my eyes and I could not be happier with the result. This is for my wedding so this was important to me. It all felt special. Thank you Leeah you are amazing. I’ve rebooked!

Wonderful experience here, second time I have been and so happy again with the cut and colour, also eyebrows and lashes tinted. Lovely ladies and such a clean welcoming salon. Definitely be back again.

Absolutely obsessed with my wet and wispy lash set! I’ve had so many compliments since getting them done – literally everywhere I go, people ask where I got them. I’ve even had a few girls swipe up on my stories wanting the details, and of course I had to refer them straight to Brooke! She is honestly the sweetest – so kind, warm, and welcoming. The whole appointment felt like catching up with a friend. She made everything so easy and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I couldn’t be happier with how my lashes turned out – they’re the perfect mix of natural and glam. 100% recommend!

She’s thorough, detail-oriented, and clearly cares about the quality of her work. On top of that, she’s friendly, professional, and makes you feel at ease. Her working space is always clean and relaxing, with great music playing. And the snacks at the end? Such a thoughtful touch! I always look forward to my appointments.
