I’ve been going to Amber for almost a year now she is by far my best beauty find ever. I’ve moved away from the area and I still travel to Kirkliston as I know I’ll not find a better lash tech. Super professional, beautiful set up everything is pristine and most importantly I always leave with a beautiful set of lashes which always stay full for around 3 weeks!! So grateful for such a great service 🙏🏼

Absolutely fantastic, Emma was so nice and the massage was just fabulous. I left feeling so much more relaxed then when I arrived. Perfect pressure for my requirements. The space is just beautiful too. I also loved the headphones with chill music and the cbd oil to help relieve the tension in my neck. Afterwards I went to the sauna and what a perfect afternoon. Five stars

Love visiting Carmen for my beauty treatments. She’s so friendly and professional. The space is so clean & bright!

My first wax appointment today and it was the best decision of my life. Amy was so lovely and welcoming. She made me feel so relaxed and we were chatting away non stop through the appointment which felt so comforting.

First time I got my nails done in a beauty salon. Thought I would treat myself to a Christmas colour. What a selection Emma had and a beautiful job she done. Booked again for January. 5 🌟

I had my first facial here this morning, and I’ve never felt so relaxed! The experience was truly next level—unlike any facial I’ve had before. The therapist was highly skilled, with incredible attention to detail, making my treatment feel both luxurious and deeply effective. The salon itself has a beautiful, tranquil feel.,, super cozy! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an in-depth, high-quality facial.

Fantastic massage, felt so chilled after. Heard that Michelle Denham does not work at Lost Sure. The two therapists are employed by LS, and they are in the process of revamping the wellness centre. I had to pay up front at time of booking, no option for discount being a Ratho resident. Staff did not know how bookings would be taken in the future, and what changes will be happening to the spa. Would go back
