Ciera is such an incredible person and easily one of, if not THE, best stylists in a hundred mile radius. She is such a kind, caring, and genuine person that is easy to feel comfortable around. On top of all of that she always manages to nail exactly what I'm going for, even when I don't fully know what I'm going for myself. :) I have never in my <redacted, high number> years of life felt as safe in a salon as I do in her chair.
