100/10 experience, was offered a lovely cold drink upon arrival, great fun chat with all the boys not just Jay my barber. Haircut was incredible, exactly what I asked for down to every last detail and styled just how I like it. These boys have got serious talent and for anyone in the rochford area, there’s no where else better to go for your trims.

The studio has a warm and friendly atmosphere. Jay is a very talented and very skilled barber. It was a pleasure to sit in the chair and have a haircut. We had really interesting and very enjoyable conversation. I'm incredibly pleased with my haircut. Jay did exactly what I have asked for. Highly recommend!

I followed Jables on his journey to ill fate, seeing what he has built and the loyal customer base is amazing, this is purely down to his skill as a barber and his passion for looking after his clients, customer satisfaction has always been paramount to Jay and nothing has changed, in fact it’s got better with his own shop Jay is able to raise the bar and go above and beyond for his clients without being restricted by anyone and I know he will allow his barbers to grow to new heights and help them get there

Always a great experience coming to Ill Fate for my son’s haircut. Jay is welcoming and puts my son at ease straight away. He is a talented barber and does great haircuts. Always asks what my son wants and always delivers. Can’t recommend enough.
