From start to finish Kate was fantastic. Went through different options of what to do with my hair in the consultation, as it was my first time in the salon as well as talking me through what she was going to do at my main appointment. And the results are fantastic thank you.

First time having my hair coloured and styled by Katelynn. Everything was fantastic. She took the time to talk through what I wanted and expected. I had root colour, balayage, cut, blowdry and style and I was only in the salon for 3 hours (Katelynn is quick and thorough). I could go on forever but I'll just say that I think I've finally found a hairstylist who I can keep returning to, as I know the customer service is excellent and the treatment is top tier! Thank you so much for making me feel good about my hair again!

Love having my hair done with Katelynn. She’s always a pleasure to see & makes the whole experience comfortable & friendly. I’m always offered a drink (biscuit included) when I arrive & the appointment seems to fly by, even though it usually takes 3 hours for my hair. The new salon she’s in is a great change, more centrally located & lots of parking on nearby streets. She’s positioned in a corner so you’re not involved in the hustle & bustle of a busy salon, but the atmosphere is great in there! I’ve been going to Katelynn for many years now & won’t go anywhere else.
