My experience at your salon in Pontypridd today was amazing. My stylist Kelly is always friendly. Her attention to detail is fantastic and she always blowdries and curls my hair to finish. I had highlights today and I am extremely pleased with them. I explained what I wanted and they have exceeded my expectations!. Tracy was also a fantastic help. Thank you 😊

Amazing experience, Amazing staff, thank you so much Sara and the lady that looked after my mum who unbenown to me was crying the whole time and a lovely member of staff looked after her as my Dad died 2 months ago and she's not been sleeping well, only now has it properly hit her, so thanks so very much. My 1st visit for an updo with Charlotte Cripps,such a lovely talented girl…she made me feel so welcome & at ease.My hair was amazing & I had many compliments.It actually looked the same coming home at 11 pm as it did at 10am in the morning…definitely recommend 10/10

Summa has been the only person who has managed to cut my hair to a shorter length for me to manage without ending up with a mushroom hairstyle. My second visit back to her and she's so pleasant and did a great job on my very thick, coarse hair, I love it, thank you!

Once again, an incredible appointment! From start to finish extremely professional the moment you walk through the door, they welcome you very warmly and make you feel right at home. Then Claire came in and did her magic. I suffer with both physical and verbal Tourette’s and she always gives me every bit of grace if my Tourette’s is bad to be able to calm down and feel comfortable. Usually, I end up coming down feeling very self-conscious then leaving the salon filled with confidence feeling and looking glamorous. This is by far the best salon I have ever visited!! I highly recommend!!

My experience was flawless from start to finish. I didn't choose a preference of stylist when i booked my appointment as i had never been before but Sara was absolutely incredible. She listened to everything I wanted, gave me so much advice on my hair and made me feel the most comfortable I have ever felt at a salon! Any anxiety I had before walking through the door instantly left me body on meeting her. I would absolutely recommend her to everyone! I will definitely be returning and booking her for sure!

Summa was amazing! I had very long hair as I hadn’t done anything to it for roughly 8 years and I was ready for a change. She went through what could work and what wouldn’t, and she was very patient with me. Overall a really good appointment, I left feeling 150% satisfied!
