As always a friendly atmosphere where you are made to feel welcome. The hairdressers are very experienced. I have never been kept waiting and when I have my hair colour on , half an hour waiting means half an hour before your rinsed not an hour as I have had to wait at other salons where they are fitting in other customers.

I turned up 1 hour early, Kim was very accommodating and asked if I was happy to let the younger girls dye my hair. Lucy and Annabelle were very friendly and professional, they both did a great job, Kim cut my hair and Lucy started the blow Dry until Kim was finished. I’d be more then happy to let them dye, wash and blow dry my hair again 😁

I was so anxious going to a new salon after moving to Long Eaton 3 years ago, but Kimberly was so friendly, welcoming and chatty that I immediately felt relaxed. She listened to what I wanted, showed me the best products to use on my damaged hair. Left the salon with lovely soft hair and will definitely be coming back :)

I've been going to Jade for years, and she’s always done a fantastic job with my hair. After a disappointing wedding hair trial with another stylist, Jade stepped in like an absolute lifesaver and travelled up to the Lakes to do mine and my bridal party’s hair. She quickly arranged a trial, and I felt instantly relieved - it was exactly what I wanted. On the morning, Jade was incredible and everyone looked amazing! She stayed until we walked out the door. Id booked In just for roots, decided I wanted a change instead Jade soon sorted me out with a lovely chop n colour. Nothings ever to much for Jade, she takes such pride in the work she does and offers the best advice on aftercare recommending products which are affordable aswell!
