Hand sanitizer on entry, filled out a Track and Trace form and Nadia wore a face mask and sat behind a screen the whole time. Salon achieved my expectations surrounding COVID-19 regulations. Nadia has done Builder Gel on my nails, which I have had before and looks so lovely and natural and doesn’t damage my natural nails at all. My nails are really good quality underneath the gel.

Sadie was very patient with my very fidgety 4 year old daughter who went for her first haircut today. She kept my daughter calm who was a bit nervous about getting her hair cut. Thank you and would thoroughly recommend for children (and adults as I regularly get my hair cut there!)

I booked online and visited No. 77 for the first time. My original slot was cancelled due to short staff, but they rebooked me the next day and gave me a complimentary treatment! The staff is so friendly and we chatted the whole time. Sophie did a great hair wash, and my stylist Alessa was amazing. I got a custom wolf cut, and Alessa checked in constantly to ensure I liked the style, length, and if I wanted any changes. I felt totally comfortable speaking up. She gave me a lovely blow-dry and made sure I loved the result. Shoutout to Alessa, thank you! I loved the overall treatment.

I booked a surprise birthday appointment at Flower Salon for my wife, and the results were incredible. We live in Warlingham, and it was well worth the short trip to the Caterham area. She wanted a total change, and the stylists delivered a stunning new haircut and color that looks absolutely fabulous. The level of personalised care and expertise with her colour was top-notch. Amazing facial yesterday, I haven't been able to get there for a while and it definitely showed! Karina was professional as ever, really took the time to access my skin and what it needed and carried out a facial to suit its current condition. My skin was glowing afterwards and I even had some top tips as well how to help support my skin in the winter months. Amazing experience and advice from someone with so much knowledge
