Not only do I always leave Kensington with a great hair cut, blow dry or colour, what makes me come back time and time again, are the lovely ladies. Sabah, the salon owner, cannot do enough for you and will always try and accommodate anything and everything you ask for. She truly knows the meaning of customer service and how to give you a great cut. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else for my hair.

Amazing service and staff. So welcoming and friendly. I went for a new set of lashes and had some lashes from another artist. The master at Favori did not even charge me for removal (a paid service) as there were only a few lashes. This is what I love about this place; transparency. They will only charge you if you are obviously using up product and their time (which is common sense). Always my go to, thank you!

Amazing experience! The deluxe manicure felt so luxurious and relaxing. Ms Jerrylyn did the service, and I appreciate her attention to detail. All of the tools they use are cleaned, blown dry, and sterilized. Their commitment to cleanliness and the client’s comfort is commendable. Already planning my next visit!!!

Really impressed with the colourist and stylist. I spend all day talking and listening to people so It was so nice just to be able to sit and not speak to anyone for hour or two with no pressure to talk instead just pampered. !!

First time experience , the salon is bright clean and the staff were lovely . Really pleased with my haircut will be getting my eyebrows and haircut again

The service was very good, the treatment of the ladies are friendly but the room needs to be more relaxing and comfortable for the client. There is no hook to keep your clothes, there is a big mirror but it is on the floor, so you can't see yourself in it when dressing. The room is opened on the top so you can hear everything the people saying outside at the nail station and there is no relaxing music. Plus when you turn on your back, you face vents and AC tubes, its cold. Plus I would like better quality of oil used on the body, QAR300 is not a cheap price, the products should show that.

The back massage was relaxing and excellent. The.right amount of pressure and movement.

So professional, clean and accommodating. Lovely mini mani and pedi (thanks Helen and Shaleen) and careful hd brow (thanks Sabah). Wonderful staff
