As someone who doesn't "do" beauty treatments, I always feel a bit on edge when I do! Nikita was lovely and really put me at easy. Georgiana isn’t a lash tech she is a lash artist ✨ from the start, she took her time to understand what I wanted and made me feel relaxed and comfortable in her salon. It’s so nice to see all the measures she takes to keep it a hygienic place. Fabulous as usual Georgiana is the queen of lashes I had the VIP experience today it was great a full body message. Very relaxing while I had my lashes done. I even drifted off to sleep a couple of times. Feel very pampered well worth it.

Paul was fabulous as ever! He gave my 21 year old autistic son a total transformation and although no words were spoken from my son, the smile at the end said it all. Paul is considerate - we were in a quiet area of the salon, friendly and professional (checking if the smells of products were ok etc) and I thoroughly appreciated his approach for what could have been a hugely difficult experience.l (it wasn’t 😊) Paul pays great, expert attention to the customer having a fantastic experience, regardless of the cut, colour and style and allows them to come away feeling amazing. Charlie Jade does my lash lift and is very skilled indeed. My eyes often run during the treatment but Charlie doesn't let this get in the way of achieving great results. She is also the first beauty therapist to ever advise me properly on aftercare following lash lift. Thanks Charlie!

I had a great experience at my eyelash extensions appointment! The technician was really skilled and made sure to understand that I wanted full lashes. The atmosphere was nice and relaxing, and the application was quick and comfortable. I left with beautiful, full lashes that I absolutely love. Definitely recommend this place!
