After a hair disaster left sections of my hair broken off to only about an inch long, Katie completely saved me. Her extension technique, placement, overall skill have absolutely blown me away. Despite the broken pieces being in such random places, she's managed to create a full head of seamless long hair. It looks so natural that nobody would ever know I'm wearing extensions! She also re-toned my hair to perfectly match the extensions, the final result completely flawless. Ear hope and head massage for the first time, The ear candle really works and gets rid of any wax you can’t get out. Head massage with oil made me really relaxed so sleepy after . I had the luxury facial again first and wow my skin is glowing, so relaxing. Ellie’s pricing is VERY good and so is she, highly recommend her. Hydrotherapy facial next to try, very deep cleansing and moisturizing, will let you all know after I have it done next week x

Really impressed with the cosy feel of the salon. It was nice not to feel like I was in a fishbowl with people walking by. Lottie was friendly and very helpful throughout my wash, cut and restyle. It had been an extremely long time since I’ve braved a salon visit but Lottie lovely.

I wanted to be more blonde but was quite worried about having bleach in my hair again due to past experiences elsewhere. Lottie honestly did an amazing job. A couple of weeks before my colour appointment she cut my hair and styled it with face framing pieces, which I love. Now my balayage colour is lush and my hair feels in great condition! Lottie made me feel completely at ease throughout the whole appointment and took the time to talk everything through with me.
