First of all, Lidia was incredibly professional and welcoming, making me feel comfortable right from the start. Another great visit to BarberSmiths. Had Sophia this time who did a skin fade, cut, and beard trim. Had a quick chat about what I wanted (and more importantly didn't want), she gave some good suggestions and we agreed on what would suit me. She is very easy going and fun to chat with and the hour flew by, before I knew it I had my face wrapped in a hot towel, blow dry style to finish, and we were done. All in all a great visit and I'm very happy with the cut - thanks Sophia! Whether you are seen by James or Sophia you will get a great cut and have some good banter.

Billy is a great guy. He cut my hair just as I asked and gave me some tips on managing and styling it at home. It's rare for barbers to do that. If you get a trim from Billy you are deffo in safe hands.

Sophia was incredibly talented, had great ideas and truly cared about the final result. Did a lot of scissor work and shaping and a perfect taper fade. I saw this barbers pop up and wasn't sure what to think as it was more expensive than the other local barbers. But to all their credit, Paradigm did a great job. They were friendly and the cut and beard trim were really good. They actually give you an opinion on the options available for your type of hair or beard, and explain what they'll be doing in detail. All in all came out really happy and they've got themselves a return customer! Thank you team
