It was the first time we have taken our 10mth old puppy to get her groom at Pretty Paws and Holly will be her regular groomer from now on. Holly was great with Sasha and there's a lovely atmosphere in the salon, plus when Sasha had been all bathed and groomed she was smelling amazing. x

Brought my puppy for his first groom with Holly today & from start to finish, the experience couldn't have been better. She put me at ease as soon as I entered the salon, as I was anxious handing him over for the first time. Max immediately warmed to Holly and she was so calm and playful with him. When I collected him, he smelled amazing and looked so fresh, complete with a complimentary bow. We will definitely be back

Holly is very friendly and professional. She made Leo feel safe and happy during his grooming appointment. She gave us good advice on hot to correctly take care of his coat. Definitely will come back! 10/10

Loved Hugo’s Cut, he has be an anxious wee thing getting groomed and always matted in his coat despite trying to brush him often. This never seems an issue n he is always super handsome after his groom! Customer service also amazing friendly outgoing just how I like it xx

Marley can be quite difficult when getting groomed but Nicola is fantastic with him and has the patience of a saint , wouldn’t take him anywhere else , excellent service always a 10/10 job x
