I love this place, but Mirela just lights up my day every time. She’s so attentive, manages saloon with ease and she’s mastering all the treatments. She’ll go above and beyond to suit all your needs and take care you get the treatment you want. I’m quite picky with my nail shape, but she’s one of the few that understood right away what I want. I always leave with big smile.

Emi was very helpful and talked through which treatment would best suit my goals.

The hairdresser was very gentle and kind. There was an extra £10 charge for a curly blow dry that hadn’t been noted, but the salon kindly waived it on this occasion x

Mirela is brilliant! The spray tan (which was to fix a botched tan so not even your usual tanning) is perfect. Highly recommend. Worth every penny!

I went to Phoenix for a course of sunbed sessions but I also had my eyebrows shaped. I was very nervous as it was the first time I was having it done but Chris was great; she was very reassuring and professional and made the whole experience painless. The results are excellent and look natural which is exactly what I wanted.

I have been an absolute fan of mayfair tanning for multiple years now! No major event or trip goes by without the help of my MT team! What an incredible color I get every time I stop by - love the service, the professionalism, the approach and the friendly chats every time.
