My experience of visiting Less is More beauty & holistics for a treatment service was lovely. Louise provided high quality customer service in a stress free calming environment in a quiet location outside Caerphilly town centre. Louise was very polite and pleasant and put me at ease during the treatment session. The result was fab, great, and the cost was a extremely reasonable, excellent ! First time having a gel manicure with Amelia, she was professional and very friendly. As I couldn’t decide on a colour she recommended a beautiful deep purple which looks fantastic! I just went in for a trim but Shanté made my hair look like it had a full make over even my colour looked refreshed! She makes you feel very welcome and has lots of useful advice I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend to anyone in search for a professional and friendly hair experience!
