Lacey clearly understood the reason for my choice of nail package today (First time doing it after seeing a colleague’s nails at work). She clearly explained the process including the pros and cons which allowed me to make an informed decision. She took into consideration my history with artificial nails and was able to deliver her best. Am a very happy customer and will definitely recommend her services at this Nail parlour.

I am sad to hear everytime I leave and pay a tip for Megan over my invoice online Megan is not getting the tips. I have left a tip everytime I’ve had used the service and feel bad the staff are not getting the tips. I don’t always have cash on me to pay a tip.

Have been bringing My elderly Aunt here for about a year and cannot fault the wonderful angels in the salon. Everyone one of them is patient and takes such good care of her having her nails done, even letting her choose the music for a sing-a-long. All of the angels are so polite and helpful it’s one of my Aunts favourite outings. Thank you Sophie and her Angels x
