I had my Monroe piercing changed and 3 ear piercings today and I can honestly say Dot is fantastic she is so fast and gentle and takes the time to put you at ease. Dottie was absolutely incredible throughout and I can't recommend her enough! She supported me in discussing and selecting piercings without any pressure and ensured I was clear on what was happening and checked I was okay and comfortable every step of the way. She even shared fidgets to help during the piercings! I struggled unexpectedly after my second piercing and felt ill, and she was so reassuring, kind and supportive and took amazing care of me until I was okay. Can't recommend her enough, she's such a gorgeous, warm soul and I'll definitely be back for future piercings. Thank you <3
