I have ADHD & severe anxiety, so making & keeping a hair appointment is a huge deal for me, I was quiet during my visit and worried she might think I was being rude, but she made me feel so comfortable without any awkwardness. The atmosphere was relaxed, the music really helped, she was gentle with my hair and her service was absolutely outstanding. She gave me the best haircut I have ever had — she asked questions to see what I wanted and delivered exactly what I wanted. I cannot recommend her enough. A truly wonderful experience. I had my extensions done by Charlotte yesterday and I couldn't be happier with the results! She was so professional, friendly, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the appointment.
