I have ADHD & severe anxiety, so making & keeping a hair appointment is a huge deal for me, I was quiet during my visit and worried she might think I was being rude, but she made me feel so comfortable without any awkwardness. The atmosphere was relaxed, the music really helped, she was gentle with my hair and her service was absolutely outstanding. She gave me the best haircut I have ever had — she asked questions to see what I wanted and delivered exactly what I wanted. I cannot recommend her enough. A truly wonderful experience. I had my extensions done by Charlotte yesterday and I couldn't be happier with the results! She was so professional, friendly, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the appointment. My extensions look absolutely beautiful, blend perfectly, and feel amazing. You can really tell she takes pride in her work and pays attention to every detail. I've had so many compliments already! Charlotte is amazing. She salvaged my hair from a nightmare colour a couple of years ago and now I wouldn’t trust anyone else! I walk out with an understated, yet shiny, vibrant colour and a great cut every time. Does a great cup of tea too.

I had my full arms, underarms, full legs, and Hollywood wax done today by Pooja, and she was absolutely amazing! I have very sensitive pain receptors, so I was expecting the waxing to be quite uncomfortable, but I barely felt any pain at all, especially during the Hollywood wax, which was incredible. Pooja was professional, gentle, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the appointment. I highly recommend her and KP Beauty & Hair Salon to anyone looking for a comfortable and professional waxing experience. I will definitely be back.
