Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

booked a cut and blowdry with heidi and she was absolutely amazing!! 🩷🩷 she really listened to what i wanted and made sure to check if i was happy with the cut. she was so friendly which made me feel at ease. my whole appointment felt really relaxed and she also replied to my queries fast prior to the appointment which was really helpful and admirable 🥹✨ honestly, my hair turned out even better than i envisioned and this made my day! absolutely loved the lovely bouncy finish and would definitely recommend heidi to everyone! 😍

Was a lovely visit, nicely treated and kept checking if I was okay .. felt treated well after receiving a drink and got my hair done. Used good products in my hair and was asked how I wanted it styled. Katy was absolutely amazing and the other stylist in the salon at the time was really nice too (saffy)

My roots were done today by nessey and i had my roots cut, they were long, I wish they relized when I say to skin it dosent mean a few mm in lenght she also deied my cut off so when i wash it im thinking a lot of dye will come out

Everyone was so nice and supportive especially my stylist Megan who put in the effort to talk and make me feel comfortable offered drinks several times and reassured me several times did a wonderful job with my hair and made me feel and look absolutely stunning without damaging or ruining my hair at all love the place so much would 100% recommend others to go and get their treatment or colouring from here very very experienced and professional

Joanna sets the bar high when it comes to massages. I have to say it’s the first time when I had a massage done that well in Leicester! She’s very professional while maintaining that relaxed atmosphere throughout the session. Booked in for a bouncy blowdry and it looked amazing!! Heidi was so comforting and accommodating as it was my first blowdry. She was interested in asking me about myself which made me feel a lot more confident in the salon. Would highly recommend her, 10/10 hair dresser x
