Absolutely the best! The staff were welcoming, professional, and really knew what they were doing. Well i was in a rush as i don’t actually live in London and i didn’t expect that they had time to do my hair without appointment but the girl in the reception was specially kind and nice and in five minutes a hair dresser was cutting my hair and she did a wonderful job absolutely great!! Definitely I’ll be back 👍

Pooja was lovely. She did a full body wax, Hollywood wax, full face wax with eyebrow threading on me and she was very gentle and fast at the same time. I was very happy with the level of service I got. Would highly recommend x

Had a wash, cut and blow dry with Angela. She was the sweetest and really took time with my hair. As a hijabi she even helped me tie up my hair so i could keep my blowout curls fresh.

Moon is exceptional..Threading I find is a painful experience and normal come away with pretty tender eyebrows, but whenever Moon does it, I'm in alot less pain. She always asks how I want it done before hand, and will take her time also. 10/10
