Been going to Jacky since I found her ad in the local Bedford newspaper and the salon was located in the Arcade. Now the salon is located on Castle Lane with the sun streaming into the salon when the sun is shining like today. I stepped out of the Salon today after my haircut feeling amazing! Thank you Jacky!

Justina was great and knowledgeable . But the other stylist I didn’t feel like they were very welcoming and when I said hello got an appointment I barely got an answer. So the expereince was let down by them

As always I left feeling pampered. When I first went to Jacky disappointed with my previous hairdressers loc install, she reassured me it could be made better and explained that with over time she could get me the results I wanted. That was almost two years ago and I have not been disappointed. From my first visit, I noticed the professional care and attention she gave me and I knew I was in safe hands. My locs are now uniform, long, healthy and I can shake them with pride.

I was made to feel welcome and relaxed from the moment I walked in.Gabby truly went above and beyond and is incredibly talented and her expertise is second to none. She took time to listen to what I wanted but also offered advice and honesty. Her level of skill and care really tops any experience I’ve had at other salons and the end result was better than I ever could have imagined.
