I visited Apple Lodge on my regular monthly slot, which I always look forward to to help with my back problems, which I rarely have anymore since visiting Apple Lodge I have been going now for a round eight months once a month and I don’t have back problems anymore. Sometimes they creep back in again as I get a bit lazy with doing my exercises this weekend I went on a five hour bike ride which gave stiff in the lower back …after today’s treatment. All the stiffness has gone and I’m back to 100% mobility movement thanks Stephanie always a pleasure and a treat

Today, I spent a glorious 90 minutes, being pampered at Jojo May Wellbeing... I opted for the newly available dermaplaning experience, which also included a luxury TempleSpa facial and neck & shoulder massage... Jo completed a pre-treatment consultation and was keen to impart comprehensive after-care advice. The products smelt divine and my skin is glowing... ..I was chilled when I arrived and horizontal by the time I left. Thank you Jo. I will definitely be back 🥰

I have been going to see Stephanie at Apple yard for around 12 months now , initially with lower back pain, which needless to say has improved 100% since going. The treatments Stephanie provides , her knowledge and expertise .. is just second to none ! Today I experienced a soul retreat .. it was totally amazing ...
