Me and G had a fantastic time. His only request for Christmas was a 'spa day'. This was his first salon experience and he loved every minute, the staff were so lovely, kind and inclusive and took their time to listen to what he wanted and to make conversation with him. He came out absolutely beaming and says he wants to go back for his birthday too! I was also treated wonderfully and could relax for my treatments knowing G was being cared for wonderfully. I would definitely recommend to any parents with Sen children who would like a treat! 😁

As soon as I walked through the door, the atmosphere was just extremely relaxing. Gabriela immediately put me at ease and did a fantastic job. I will definitely be returning for more treatments.

Nicole was really friendly and welcoming, as a first time client I instantly felt relaxed. The salon itself was a lovely space with low light and mood music which set the scene perfectly. The massage was fantastic and the facial was lovely. Nicole recommended after treatments for my next visit to focus on my problem areas and I have come home and rebooked already!

Loved my treatment today head spa and facial both ladies were professional, amazing at the techniques, friendly and so kind and welcoming I come to gigi vi beauty often and the level of service is always amazing and it gets better everything. Wow!! Japanese Head Spa, was my first experience, a little nervous as didn't know what to expect. I was put at ease and the professionalism was top notch, I didn't want the experience to end. I cant rate these guys enough, an amazing atmosphere and friendly. The perfect place to wind down, chill and relax. Treat yourself to some "you" time, i promise you won't regret it! Amazing treatment with Martine at their new location. Walking out of my treatment pain free and relaxed, Martine is skilled and knowledgeable, a self pair of hands. I’ve booked my next treatment already! The new premises are modern, calming, spacious and inviting, I can highly recommend chakra. Thank you :)

Feel at ease as soon as you go into the salon, very relaxing atmosphere love the heated blanket underneath you on the massage table. Love that you can mix and match the treatments, Nicole is very friendly and professional will be visiting again soon
