She takes the time to understand exactly what you want and creates your desired style with great attention to detail. One thing I really appreciate is that she never rushes the process. My hair typically takes around three hours, and she is always patient and focused on ensuring the final result is perfect. Every stylist I’ve booked in the past always left and I always worry if I’ll select someone who will do an equally great job. But Tura lived up to the London Locs name. The wash…..10/10 The retwist…..10/10 The style…..10/10 The customer service……10/10 I left feeling quite please once again with the end result. Keep up the good work ladies 🙌🏽

The most amazing salon in the whole of east London. I love coming here and you feel so welcomed. The massages are so relaxing and you come out feeling replenished. The waxing is great too. Would highly recommend a visit!

I booked in for a massage after running the London Marathon, and Steph couldn’t have been more understanding of what I needed. I hobbled in and booked a deep tissue massage, it was exactly the pain relief I was looking for. She was brilliant, and the whole experience was incredibly calming. Thanks so much! Amazing! My first ever Thai massage and this place was lovely, the atmosphere when you get inside from the busy high street is so calming, and the staff were lovely. The masseuse did a great job (I have nothing to benchmark her against as its my first time but still), she checked in to make sure I was okay with the pressure. I got a bit confused and I think I accidentally left earlier than I was meant to but I have no idea - so my apologies for that if I did! Thanks so much again. I don't live in London but if I did I would definitely be back again. Great value & good availability last minute.

Sophie is a Super Star!!!!! So lovely with great energy, was very understanding as I was running a little late and even poured me a glass of wine. I felt truly pampered and very special. She really took the time to listen to what I was after and she helped with picking a colour and style as I'm useless at that. Best hair appoint I've ever had in London and well priced, will only book with her from now on. Also as an added bonus, they have the CUTEST dog in the salon who's super friendly and sweet. Thank You Sophie for a wonderful experience, looking forward to making my next appointment!!!!

Always a pleasure and first time using spa facilities. Spa area was lovely and clean and an oasis in East London. I have a great massage as part of the package and my daughter had a facial. Both of us feel relaxed and pampered.

A fantastic haircut with John, as per usual! He is always attentive, creative and gives me exactly the cut I ask for. I also enjoy booking via the Fresha app as it's really efficient, especially for making/altering appointments when the salon is closed. Prices have just gone up: to be fair, the unisex price for short hair was lower than other comparable salons in the area for women's cuts and the new price (£48) is standard for this part of London and still much lower than in Upper Street, Islington. John and Sophie are very experienced hair stylists and a great haircut is always worth it.
