From the moment I arrived I was made to feel welcome and at ease, the room was warm and had calming music playing. The water was just the right temperature and the products have left my hair smelling and feeling amazing. I had a Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage massage for 1.5 hours. This was my first visit and Oksana made me feel very comfortable during the treatment and she listened to my concerns and tailored the treatment for my needs.I felt great afterwards and I already booked my next treatment! Thank you 😊

I had the Gold Package at Jemma’s Japanese Head Spa today and it was incredibly relaxing from start to finish. Every step felt thoughtful and luxurious, especially the scalp massage—it completely melted away my tension! My scalp felt refreshed, my hair was noticeably softer, and the facial left my skin looking brighter. The water therapy and unique finishing touches made the whole experience even more calming 🫶🏻 A big thank you to Jemma for such a wonderful experience—I walked out feeling completely reset. Tried a head spa for the first time today and I totally get the hype 🤍 I went for the gold package with a facial and it was so relaxing from start to finish. I had a lymphatic drainage and cupping massage today, and it was honestly one of the best treatments I’ve ever had. I’ve tried many places before, but nothing has come close to this experience.She really knows what she’s doing. Her knowledge, technique, and attention to detail were outstanding, and I could tell I was in very experienced hands from start to finish. initially i struggled to find the correct building, but the overall experience was unreal. I didn’t do much research and didn’t know what to expect but Oksana was lovely and didn’t make me feel dumb for not knowing the treatment.
