Excellent service as always. I travel from outside of Crawley to see Nicky.. I won't go or see anyone else for my beauty treatments. Nicky is always so obliging and accommodating even coming in on her day off to ensure I could have my treatments before going away.

Such a beautiful, relaxing experience 💙 I treated myself to a head spa session and honestly it was exactly what I needed. From the moment I arrived, everything felt calm and welcoming. The scalp massage was so soothing and my hair felt clean, soft and refreshed afterwards. I loved sitting in a comfy chair while my hair dried under the stand-alone dryer, with a coffee and biscuits - such a lovely touch. The whole experience felt like a proper reset. I’ll definitely be back 💁🏻‍♀️✨

Chanel was very attentive, and always making sure i was comfortable, and offered drinks throughout. Really happy with my pedicure and the colour chosen. Chanel was very thourough, and I had a great experience, feeling really relaxed. Thank you!

Lovely and welcoming Relaxing treatment

I had such a lovely experience at the head spa. The whole treatment felt incredibly calming and well thought out from start to finish. The scalp massage was deeply relaxing and really helped me switch off for a while. My hair felt noticeably lighter, cleaner, and much softer afterwards. It was such a refreshing experience and a great way to take some time for self-care. The service was professional and the environment was very peaceful. I left feeling refreshed and would happily recommend it to anyone wanting a relaxing hair and scalp treatment.

Lovely girl, great chat. Professionally fixed a broken nail which feels secure. Slightly over time again but much better and more professional. Looking forward to the next treatment.

I checked the 5 star reviews and glad I went! Great atmosphere, good reception and location. After speaking with Yasmine about my skin concerns, I trusted her straight away for genuine feedback, advice and benefits. Had a dermabrasion and chemical peel and very happy with results, clean pores, soft and glowing. Affordable and very impressed at how many more treatments the Salon offers.

I had the Brazilian lymphatic drainage and hot stones and Indian head massage I really enjoyed it I felt Oksana was very professional, and experienced and will definitely book again It was just what I needed!
