I thought the spa facilities were good though the jets in the pool and the steam room timings would benefit from increasing. There are few working locks in the mens changing room. I thought some robes were a little too second hand. The food was excellent.

Beautiful day, good facilities , lovely staff but I think another outside or bigger tub is required as people waiting all the time for it so you feel pressured to get out.

Gorgeous place in the lovelyest little village wootton bridge , right on the creek , plenty of parking , easy to find , very helpful staff, absolutely gorgeous food , beautiful little spa and pool , we live in wootton and offen get a voucher for 2 hours in the spa and a lunch , this time I had a lovely roast and pudding after which was delicious 😋it also has a hotel which we have never stayed at as we live here 😆 but I expect its as beautiful as the rest of the place . All on ground level so easy to walk from the spa to the restaurant , I highly recommend going there 👌

Always welcoming, friendly and have a great relaxing and unwinding time when we visit thank you.

The spa is nice and we have been before. Changing room needs a spinner for wet costumes or at least bags for wet costumes. It’s all quite basic and could do with a revamp. Towels are not provided. It’s all a bit done on the cheap.

It’s always a great, zen experience coming to the Spa at the Lakeside Hotel. Facilities are great and very cheap. Just wish there was shampoo in the shower and maybe a cold drink section like some other spas I’ve been too! But that’s just a push. I recommend to everyone

Lovely spa morning & afternoon tea! Would absolutely recommend. I called up the eve before and the receptionist managed to slot me in! Thank you so much for finding me space for what I wanted! The afternoon tea was delicious, I had forgotten to mention I am gluten free, so on the day I wasn't sure they'd be able to provide me with it. I was pleasantly surprised when they were absolutely fine with it, and the food served was 10/10!!!! Will absolutely be returning for more massages and another yummy afternoon tea!!! Thank you!

The Spa is beginning to look very tired and just some basic cleaning in the changing room showers ( shower heads/hair dryers) wouldn't go amiss Staff in Spa and Brasserie excellent and the food was lovely

Great day, pool, spa, sauna everything was just perfect, nice that the place wasn’t busy so we could all be together . Food was excellent, service was polite and quick. Great value for money, we will be back!
