We were in Brighton for the weekend and managed to secure last minute bookings (due to cancellations) for Mini Spa Treatment Package at Wellness&Beauty. We received a warm welcome from the friendly staff. I enjoyed a range of treatments, including a full body aromatherapy massage, facial, foot massage and back scrub. Gloria did a great job tailoring the massage to my preferences. I felt very relaxed and de-stressed after the session. I would recommend the Mini-Spa package, it's great value for money and great way to treat yourself to rest & relaxation. Thank you Wellness & Beauty

I have known Marta for about 6 years now (from before she opened Rest) and have followed her wherever she went… because I honestly think she’s the best beautician in Brighton! I love her energy too and always look forward to my treatment. Never been disappointed with Marta. Not even once. I absolutely love Rest, a little island of calm in busy Brighton. And not a cheap or tacky decor like a lot of other salons out there (sorry!) but a tasteful and very nice environment to unwind in. Thank you Marta :)

The difference after my deep tissue massage is amazing. My neck is moving pain free at last. I also had my arms and hands massaged .. two areas that were incredibly tense and neglected. Highly recommended - Marion is highly skilled and intuitive :-)

I grind my teeth and was in a lot of pain. Jenny was absolutely amazing. Jenny massaged my neck, shoulders and back. I felt so much better afterwards and my pan was reduced significantly. Highly recommend

Laura is fantastic! She does an amazing job every time, and the studio is always spotless and welcoming. She has a wonderful way of making the time fly by—I had my lashes done today, which is a two-hour treatment, but we spent the time chatting and it felt like no time at all. She's also incredibly flexible, understanding, and always goes above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable. I couldn't recommend her highly enough!

I appreciated Marta's approach & quickly being able to identify the reason behind my discomfort. Marta's sharing of ideas, to help me help myself, was also much appreciated. Highly recommend.
