I was with Elena for cupping therapy and massage. It was very relaxing and she always made sure I was comfortable at every step. Elena was also very good in explaining what she was doing at each stage in the process. I felt much more flexible and light after I finished up with her. For the first time in 6 months, I have slept without a pain in my neck and back. She was also very good with the follow up exercises. I had a msg from her as soon as I reached home with a reminder of everything we discussed. I would definitely visit again and recommend to a friend

Great to be back after a long absence. I have had great relief from my problems thanks to Elena. She is such a Professional in her field and I really look forward to my sessions of reflexology. Wonderful! I went to relieve pain and knots in arms and shoulders. Not only was it effective but also extremely relaxing and therapeutic. I was worried that my petit therapist might not be able to provide the hard pressure I wanted, but I didn’t need to, she had more than enough strength and technique to deliver strong pressure and find even the smallest most painful knots. Would highly recommend this business and all of their therapists.
