I was really struggling with pain in my right shoulder and down the side of my neck. This was my first sports massage experience and it was amazing, and so convenient as Erik was able to come to my home. He really listened and asked questions to help me understand what had likely caused the tension. After just one massage I feel so much relief! I describing it as “floaty”! Thank you so much Erik! Erik was very informative before, during and after the appointment. He made sure i was at ease before beggining and talked to me during the massage so I knew why certain stretches were needed or why specific spots were targeted. I would recommend Erik's service to anyone with back issues.

Emily is incredible! I have suffered chronic back pain for years, and have had many, many massages but Emily was game changing. For the first time in a long time, I am pain free and honestly feel inches taller. I live 45 minutes away and had my massage as part of a weekend away, but I am already planning a return trip. I cannot recommend Erik enough! I’m 5 months postpartum & have been struggling with neck/shoulder pain from breastfeeding & carrying my baby, & I felt like a new woman after my appointment. Erik was friendly & professional, listened to my concerns & made me feel comfortable & informed of what he was doing & why. His assessment at the beginning of my appointment highlighted the specific areas I was having issues with & at the end of my appointment these were all feeling much better. He also recommended some exercises to help me moving forward. I’ve already recommend him to friends and family!

Fantastic relaxing massage. Great combination with the back, neck and scalp massage. Would highly recommend.

Very friendly and knowledgeable made me feel relaxed and didnt judge me. Gave me some good advise to prevent injurys while running.

Pernilla (sorry for the spelling) was incredible. I have had a lot of massages and I left this one walking on air, it was honestly the best massage I have had.
