I went for a massage with Patrycja due to really bad back pain, and she worked through it incredibly well. Her technique was excellent, and you could truly feel the passion and skill in her hands. I went in with ongoing sciatica pain that had been affecting my daily movement, and Maria, the sports therapist, made a noticeable difference. She took the time to understand where my pain was coming from and adjusted the pressure and techniques accordingly throughout the session. After the treatment, my lower back and leg felt much looser, and the nerve pain was significantly reduced. Maria was very calming and continuously checked in to make sure I was okay, especially when the pain was travelling. Each time I mentioned it, she responded with a smile and immediately adjusted her approach.
