My first visit to see Jules, she was friendly and attentive. I felt incredibly welcomed and like I was a regular that had been many times before. My design is exactly as I asked for and she did my nails quickly but not rushed at all. Will definitely be back

The environment was very clean with a nice ambience. The nail technicians were friendly and professional. I'll be going back again. The only drawback is that they don't have massaging chairs.

Mum’s first visit to you. She appreciated how lovely Aimee was and how easy she was to talk to & how she made mum feel comfortable which is lovely to hear. She’ll be back & maybe we can even persuade her to have a nice facial or massage which I know she enjoys as I’ve treated her to in the past when she visits me in West London. Today I had a back massage, it was great. Cathie takes time to speak with me and always checks how my week has gone. Amazing massage, she goes deep into the tissues and releases all tension. It was exactly what I needed.
