Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

Matilda thank you for such a lovely & extemely relaxing fully body massage including scalp and foot scrub. It was magical- from start to finish, you were very professional, calm and warm-welcomed me in so politely, explained each part of the treatments paying close attention to areas that needed more focus. Well what can I say she’s done it again 😁..... jade is the best beauty therapist ever!!! I’ve been using her for 7 years now I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Her attention to detail is amazing!! My brows always look perfect she also sorts my back out to her cupping method is so worth it after one session my back is so much better I don’t have any pain anymore. would 100% recommend her to anyone her beauty room is always very clean well decorated and smells so good. She was attentive, professional, and carried out the treatment with the utmost care. The snacks were a great touch.
