Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

I love my visits to Vanity on Blackbird Road Leicester. The staff are always friendly, professional and offer a high quality service to their customers. The salon is immaculately clean and Covid safe.

Tess was so lovely. Really made me welcome. Fantastic massage, really helped ease my hip and lower back pain. Beautiful setting ,spotlessly clean, peaceful & cosy. I’m absolutely in love with my nails! Grace has done the most beautiful design with delicate black flowers, and the attention to detail is incredible. She took her time to make sure everything was perfect, and the finish is flawless. Such a lovely, friendly experience from start to finish. This beauty spa is a real gem tucked away discreetly in Leicester. A real oasis, the salon was very clean and the environment tranquil despite being in a very busy area of Leicester. I had the 60 min body massage, my therapist was Hollie she is great very friendly welcoming and professional. I was so relaxed during the massage that i dozed off for awhile. I could have easily stayed there for another hour. I will definitely go again and recommend to anyone considering this. Tens stars to Vanity......... AM Leicester

Absolutely brilliant experience. Mubina demonstrated in depth knowledge, and explained the process in great detail. She was attentive, professional, and carried out the treatment with the utmost care. The snacks were a great touch.
