Helen clearly cares about her practice and takes care to ask about your problem areas and lifestyle before treatment, as well as checking in throughout and offering different ways to help you feel comfortable. Ive truly just had the best full body massage from start to finish. The salon is so welcoming . By far one of the best massages I’ve had in a long time. Lisa worked on the areas that I hold most tension. My back feels soo much better. Thank you so much. I will be booking in soon. Highly recommend x

Arrived at Lume for a massage, with shoulder pain that had been bothering me for months, left with practically no pain at all thanks to Helen’s expertise. The cabin is beautiful & so tranquil, I left feeling so relaxed and renewed. Helen is such a caring soul and an expert at what she does. 5 stars! I will definitely be back very soon

Absoloutely incredible experience at Lume SKin today for my glass skin facial. Helen is a very experienced and professional beautician who talks through all the steps with you. Iv never had a massage before and liz made me feel very comfortable and I have to say my massage was amazing I had a back, neck, shoulder and scalp massage and could literally feel the tension leaving my body!! Will definitely be going back, one very happy customer :-)

A very friendly welcome and chat about what I was expecting. A short medical information form filled out and discussed prior to treatment. Massage was medium to firm and very relaxing and will be going back as it is long overdue.

An absolutely incredible and wonderful experience. I will definitely be going back. I had to head to toe and it was indeed had to do every inch of me was relaxed. Treat yourself get down as quick as you can.

Wonderful experience! Felt so refreshed and sleepy from feeling so relaxed. First time ever having a massage, so I was a little cautious on the pressure, but safe to say more can be added next time! Felt every knot pop, and felt so good to feel the tension release. Had a tiny headache for a little while after, which was expected, but made sure to be drinking plenty of water, gone through 2 litres of it already 😅

Always a great experience visiting. I always feel like me again after I leave. So relaxed and refreshed. And always knows where my pain is.
