I highly recommend booking a session with Nell. From the moment you arrive, she immediately puts you at ease. She took the time to do a quick consultation to understand which areas needed special attention, and applied just the right amount of pressure throughout. I had a back, neck, shoulder, and head massage, and it was exactly what I needed. My neck and shoulders, in particular, were super tense with lots of knots, but Nell sorted them out! I left feeling incredibly relaxed and refreshed. Booking myself in for a full body massage next time!

I’ve had the pleasure of visiting New Chapter Massage twice now, and both experiences were absolutely wonderful. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is calm, welcoming, and beautifully relaxing. My first visit was for a full body massage, and it exceeded my expectations. Nell was not only professional but also incredibly attentive to my bodies needs. I returned for a facial massage and was equally impressed. Nell took time to understand my preferences and I drifted off into a deep sleep. It was incredibly relaxing. Both sessions were marked by genuine care and attention.

My treatment with Nell more than lived up to my hopes! Nell’s massage movements were very intuitive, and I felt as though my muscles were melting. I’m definitely going to take time for me with regular treatments, and highly recommend Nell.
