The massage was amazing! I came in with really severe neck, shoulder, and back pain—I could barely move my head. After the massage, the pain was completely gone. The relief was immediate and honestly such a huge difference. She’s so skilled and professional. She focused on all the right areas and made me feel comfortable the whole time. I highly recommend her to anyone dealing with pain or tension—you’ll be in very good hands.

I had my first Brazilian wax with this lovely lady and she made me feel completely at ease from the moment I arrived. The whole experience was surprisingly pleasant and virtually painless. She was professional, friendly and very reassuring throughout. I would highly recommend.

This was a wonderful experience. Jen gave a very thoughtful massage, checking out medical history etc, and making sure l was comfortable. I liked the room the massage took place in, lighting, warm room, relaxing music, Jen did a really deep massage into my tissues, a lot of tension released in my lower back & legs. Her hands were lovely and warm and the massage left me feeling so relaxed I just wanted to sleep and I felt completely de-stressed. Jen is very skillful and knowledgeable. I would certainly recommend her. Great attitude and attention to detail. I'll be back for more, thanks Jen!

I have had three or four massages from Fern now and I am never disappointed 🙌🏼 From start to finish Fern makes me feel relaxed and she takes time to ask about any areas of your body that you would like her to pay particular attention too. Jade did my manicure this time and honestly she was amazing. She paid so much attention to detail and shaped them perfectly. The finish is so clean and neat exactly how I wanted them. She also included a hand and arm massage which was such a lovely touch and made the whole appointment feel really relaxing. You can tell she really cares about her clients and her work. Can’t wait to book again 🩷
