I recently had a full body sports massage with Louise, and it was exceptional. Before beginning, she always takes the time to discuss any areas of concern, mobility issues, or pain, which makes the entire experience feel personalized and thorough. Louise is truly the best in her field — a real specialist who knows exactly how to identify and fix any issues with your body. I leave the clinic thankful every single time. I just need to remember to visit more often! Highly recommended.

Had yet another amazing session with Joanna. I tried the Spinal Touch therapy and wow! I already knew from my massage last month that she is intuitive and uses the exact pressure and tempo to send you off to sleep, but this was a whole other experience. During the treatment, I felt very relaxed and then a sudden sense of warming throughout the back. Two hours later, I don't feel the pain I have been carrying around for years. I definitely will be back for more sessions. Highly recommend Joanna! She's a fabulous healer!

Absolutely amazing massage by Joanna! I'll be going back regularly - she gave the absolute best massage & Reiki I've ever had and I feel fabulous. I've been going through some really horrific things lately and my body was holding so much stress, I had to book a session. Joanna is very intuitive with her touch and spent a lot of time on the areas that required the most attention (neck, shoulders, back). Brilliant pregnancy massage! I tried the full body massage (as much as allowed during pregnancy) and I loved every bit of it. Relaxing music, nice aromatherapy and Sandra is so lovely. Highly recommend it!

Excellent and much needed massage! The whole experience was very chilled and not rushed in any way. Normally when you pay, for example, for an hours massage you get about 40 minutes, but that certainly wasn’t the case here. The before and after care aren’t included in the massage time. I must say that this is a first for me and a welcome one at that! Sandra knows her stuff and made me feel very comfortable, particularly as I’m self conscious about my body after having a baby. I would definitely recommend and will be booking again!

I had a massage with Megan and it was 10/10 as always. I felt as though all of the tension left my body. I don’t normally have knots but Megan worked on them and released them which was amazing. The massage was completely tailored as it was different techniques to what she normally does as I explained I had tension in my legs. Thank you so much xxx
