Lucy was very responsive to the tension in my body and worked effectively on a blocked sinus I mentioned had been bothering me. Up steep steps on the 3rd floor above a hairdresser and barber but a secret haven for sure.

I had a botanical facial with Amrita, I was in Cardiff for the weekend and wanted to treat myself! The location was really nice easy to get to and super easy to book! Amrita was really friendly and super lovely which made me feel at ease, and the room was calming She used amazing Neil yards products which we used sensitive ones for my sensitive skin, it was fab and my skin felt great after, She also doesn’t leave you which most facials do, instead there was lots of lovely additions like a shoulder massage and some sound bowls, I’ll definitely be back when im next in Cardiff Thankyou!! 💗

She was so sweet and made me feel really comfortable. Had a fantastic 2-hour bespoke package. Excellent, firm (at my request) full body massage, lymph drainage to help my lymphodoema, lovely Indian Head Massage, face mask and Reflexology to finish. Woukd thoroughly recommend.
