Nicola is warm and friendly but still professional from the moment she greets you. She is thorough from when you book the appointment asking for a pre health questionnaire to when you leave with some post massage do’s and don’ts. Nicola makes you feel at ease explaining what she is going to do. The massage - I had full body - was wonderful. I walked out feeling much lighter and my muscles were definitely less tense. Do I recommend Nicola - 💯!

Wonderful experience. It was great to have a proper consultation before the massage. Nic was so knowledgeable with brilliant advice and explained everything really well. The massage itself was lovely, the pressure just right and a very peaceful experience with the lighting and music. Helped with my stress and my aches and pains.
