We turned up early and they accommodated us so well! They brought our time slot earlier and the massage was amazing. I’ve never had a massage before but they made us feel so comfortable and welcome, they kept making sure we were okay and enjoying it. The location is easy access from Birmingham city centre, overall would definitely recommend and we will be coming back again. Thank you!

The hot stone massage was amazing. Fern is so good at her technique. It was just what I needed after a really tiring holiday. She managed to use the stones and her hands on massage very well. This was the second time I booked through her. I have tried deep tissue massage as well. Needless to say that was amazing as well. She managed to get all the knots and tension points released with adequate amount of pressure and with a very reassuring method of tapping (this is my personal favourite) which makes the experience even better. I would definitely recommend her.

Excellent, awesome hot stone therapy from Cher. She extremely professional and has hands that could sculpt God himself if he so desired. Kind, gentle, warm and friendly, it is incredibly difficult to not relax during sessions. Without doubt the best massage therapist I have been to. Prior to this I booked in with her for deep tissue massage and that was just what the doctor ordered. I would strongly recommend at least giving her services a try.

This is a mixed review. The massage was amazing. I cannot fault the technique and the attention to detail which is why i'm giving 4. Entirely for the massage. On arrival, the welcome was warm. I didnt have to wait long to be served and I filled in forms and then shown to my room. Wrong masseuse confirmed, room okay, odd smell where you place your head. Towel filled with loads of hairs. No introduction to the massage. I would go back for the massage but the hygiene level was low. It didnt match the quality of the massage. If they fix appearance and cleanliness. This place would be top tier.

I have been to one of the larger Thai massage centres in Birmingham but thought I'd give Cher Thai a go as it was closer to home. A much better massage today and I actually feel as if I have been treated properly. I had severe tension in my shoulders & neck to a point I could barely turn my head sideways, I feel like an owl now !! Will defo visit again. Thank you Cher Thai x
