I have been going to here for years and the service is always amazing! The ONLY place in London that I’ll go to get anything done! A must-stop every time I’m in London. Gaby is a fantastic therapist, easily one of the best I’ve had.

I’m from Romania and I came to London just to visit my sister. I honestly didn’t have much expectation because I always do my treatments back home and I’m very used to how things are done there. But this salon really surprised me. The care, the details, the way they work, everything felt very professional and nice. I didn’t expect to like it this much. When I left I was thinking that I wish we had a place like this in Romania. If I lived here I would 100% come back. I really recommend it.

I have been going to this salon for a year and it’s wonderful. It is the same care that you can find in Brazil, everyone is polite, professional and friendly. They offer you drinks and pay attention to details! The nail art is perfectly done, the waxing is fast and smooth, the pedicure and manicure are very relaxing ! Best one I’ve been to in London yet !

This place is absolutely amazing, I arrived stressed and disheveled and emerged hours later looking and feeling like a different person! The staff are so lovely (and were very tolerant of my frantically trying to send last minute pre-holiday emails mid treatment) and all the services I booked (haircut & blowdry, full body wax, gel pedicure, BIAB, massage) were top class. And on top of that, the memberships are probably the best bargain in London right now - I thought it was too good to be true until my lovely experience today! Run don’t walk!

I had a fantastic reflexology session with Emily, primarily to help with an ongoing neurological condition affecting my neck/head. As a first time reflexology client, Emily was great at listening to my medical history & explaining the processes of reflexology clearly before my session. Emily was highly professional, calming, kind and happy to adapt the session if required. The session was incredibly relaxing, in a lovely, comfortable, peaceful setting & helped reduce my built up tension. I have been seeing Claire for almost two years now with both my babies - I keep going back because I can see such a difference with my babies after each appointment.
