I had the most incredible Japanese head spa experience yesterday with Rosa. From start to finish, it was pure relaxation. The treatment included not only the head spa itself, but also a beautiful facial and a massage across my shoulders and arms, which made it feel like a full luxury spa experience rather than just a hair treatment. Rosa washed my hair so thoroughly and gently, and then used a variety of different techniques and treatments on my scalp and hair that felt amazing. I've had many many massages with Jo over the past 7 years and she is always fabulous and welcoming. I hadn't had this treatment before ( The massage and me) and it was amazing. The guided meditation the day before was perfect and the tailored massage was wonderful. From stressed and brewing tension headache to relaxed and happy. Could not recommend Jo more.

Had the most beautiful experience with Jo. Such a welcoming and warm interaction from arrival in her gorgeous, relaxing home. She did a very thorough consult conversation beforehand, covering my focus areas. My head and shoulder massage was excellent and left me relaxed with a lot of relief. The reflexology was so enjoyable and she took time at the end to flag what she learned from my feet. The treatment room was beautifully decorated, warm and inviting; a real haven of rest! I even left with a little goodie bag of after care, herbsl tea and sweet treats! Can’t wait to return; thank you Jo!

Well i was in a rush as i don’t actually live in London and i didn’t expect that they had time to do my hair without appointment but the girl in the reception was specially kind and nice and in five minutes a hair dresser was cutting my hair and she did a wonderful job absolutely great!! Definitely I’ll be back 👍

Jo is the BEST!! I arrived late and frazzled and Jo has created an environment where the stress just melts away - and that's before she even starts the treatment! Her massages are amazingly targeted and restorative. All the tension melts away and the whole experience really enhances my wellbeing. I have a regular date in my diary to see Jo and really see the benefit of what she offers. I totally recommend her and her services!!

Amazing massage with Remy - she comes with a very clever table set up & lovely oil/soundtrack, so everything is super professional & like you're in a spa! Perfect pressure and she hones in on those tight areas & releases them so you're fully relaxed by the time she leaves. Have been booking Remy for years and will continue to do so

I went for a back and shoulder massage and dry cupping. It helped relieve muscle tension and provided immediate relaxation, especially around my shoulders. Jenn used firm yet comfortable pressure, which helped improve blood circulation and ease stiffness. She is absolutely amazing and definitely has a healing hand.

Had a really relaxing time at Rich Hair today. First a facial, then my hair was coloured, cut and blow dried. I also had a head massage and left the salon feeling amazing. The staff are a really happy and friendly group who make sure that all clients receive the best treatment.
