I had the most incredible Japanese head spa experience yesterday with Rosa. From start to finish, it was pure relaxation. The treatment included not only the head spa itself, but also a beautiful facial and a massage across my shoulders and arms, which made it feel like a full luxury spa experience rather than just a hair treatment. Rosa washed my hair so thoroughly and gently, and then used a variety of different techniques and treatments on my scalp and hair that felt amazing. If you’re thinking about booking a Japanese head spa, do it and definitely book Rosa!

I recently had a Swedish massage that was truly one of the most relaxing experiences I’ve had in a long time . I especially appreciated how attentive Kay was, checking in about pressure and focusing on areas where I carry the most stress. Anamaria has just cut my long hair to very short and she has done an absolutely superb job. Her skill, professionalism and continuously asking me questions and talking me each stage of this cut makes her for me a really stand out hairdresser. Cannot recommend Annamaria enough!

My daughter had her eyelashes done today and her friend had her hair dyed a deep wine red. As ever the place was packed. It’s the friendliest and most professional salon in London.

Really happy with all aspects of service, from booking an appointment to payment. Everyone at the salon was attentive, they paid very close attention to detail and did a fantastic job with my hair. I’m very happy and will continue to use services here. Definitely the best salon in Barkingside.

Had a head message with Pooja today, it was amazing, highly recommend!! 30 mins was not long enough!!

I went for a back and shoulder massage and dry cupping. It helped relieve muscle tension and provided immediate relaxation, especially around my shoulders. Jenn used firm yet comfortable pressure, which helped improve blood circulation and ease stiffness. She is absolutely amazing and definitely has a healing hand.

Had a really relaxing time at Rich Hair today. First a facial, then my hair was coloured, cut and blow dried. I also had a head massage and left the salon feeling amazing. The staff are a really happy and friendly group who make sure that all clients receive the best treatment.
