I had the most incredible Japanese head spa experience yesterday with Rosa. From start to finish, it was pure relaxation. The treatment included not only the head spa itself, but also a beautiful facial and a massage across my shoulders and arms, which made it feel like a full luxury spa experience rather than just a hair treatment. Rosa washed my hair so thoroughly and gently, and then used a variety of different techniques and treatments on my scalp and hair that felt amazing. I had a great experience at the salon! She was so friendly and easy to talk to, which made the whole appointment really enjoyable. Well i was in a rush as i don’t actually live in London and i didn’t expect that they had time to do my hair without appointment but the girl in the reception was specially kind and nice and in five minutes a hair dresser was cutting my hair and she did a wonderful job absolutely great!! Definitely I’ll be back 👍

Zaini is an extremely talented hair stylist/ hairdresser! She knows exactly what the client needs and delivers perfectly !!! I had a full head highlights done with wash and blow dry… the results were amazing !! Thank you Zaini and thanks to Beauty Suite ( Mina) for staying behind late , even after closing hours!!

Amazing massage with Remy - she comes with a very clever table set up & lovely oil/soundtrack, so everything is super professional & like you're in a spa! Perfect pressure and she hones in on those tight areas & releases them so you're fully relaxed by the time she leaves. Have been booking Remy for years and will continue to do so

I went for a back and shoulder massage and dry cupping. It helped relieve muscle tension and provided immediate relaxation, especially around my shoulders. Jenn used firm yet comfortable pressure, which helped improve blood circulation and ease stiffness. She is absolutely amazing and definitely has a healing hand.

Had a really relaxing time at Rich Hair today. First a facial, then my hair was coloured, cut and blow dried. I also had a head massage and left the salon feeling amazing. The staff are a really happy and friendly group who make sure that all clients receive the best treatment.
