On entering the tranquil treatment room which is so beautiful and welcoming, I was offered a delicious drink of mint tea which was a really thoughtful touch at this cold time of year. Already my stress levels are dropping and after a long reflexology session with warm heated blanket and calming music I was sooooo relaxed. I really look forward to my monthly visits to Kirstie!

I found the whole experience very relaxing. Kirstie has great knowledge in what she does and I felt that I was being treated with respect amd courtesy throughout. My 1hr reflexology experience was well worth the money and I will no doubt book another session. Would recommend.

Wow, I went for the stress relief head, neck and shoulders, it was soo much more that. I had the most amazing experience and best massage ever!! So much so I have got an Inner Bliss experience booked for Friday 😁 Tranquility is heaven and when you close that door behind you the outside world is forgotten about, it's beautiful inside, gorgeous fluffy blankets, warm bed and radiates the most amazing peaceful energy.

Another great treatment, my second Indian head massage it was perfect. The room smelt lovely with a nice relaxing scent, helping to create the perfect atmosphere from start to finish. The hot towel at the end was the icing on the cake. I could have easily stayed there and slept on longer. Look forward to my next session. Thank you Kirstie.

This was my first ever Indian head massage so not too sure what to expect but it was definitely worth the money. I’m pretty sure I fell asleep for a little bit and it honestly felt like I slept seven hours! 10/10 would recommend!
