On entering the tranquil treatment room which is so beautiful and welcoming, I was offered a delicious drink of mint tea which was a really thoughtful touch at this cold time of year. Already my stress levels are dropping and after a long reflexology session with warm heated blanket and calming music I was sooooo relaxed. I really look forward to my monthly visits to Kirstie!

Billie is wonderful. The best pedicure I have had in Hastings. Cannot recommend highly enough.

What a perfect relaxing morning! The tension relief massage was well needed and has made me feel so much lighter on my shoulders! A very relaxing experience all round.

I had the most relaxing afternoon! The massage from Lucy was wonderful and I appreciated the heated bed and calm atmosphere. I could hear people outside (in the hotel garden?) now and again but it wasn’t major. Vicky did an amazing job with my eyebrows and lashes and reassured me as I was a bit nervous about making this change. The treatments took longer than anticipated but I appreciated that they weren’t in a rush and we had some great chats. Thank you! Looking forward to returning next time I’m in Hastings.

Very relaxing, tension is gone, skin feels soft

Incredible head massage, left feeling so refreshed and relaxed. Billie was so welcoming and lovely, I loved every minute!

Another great treatment, my second Indian head massage it was perfect. The room smelt lovely with a nice relaxing scent, helping to create the perfect atmosphere from start to finish. The hot towel at the end was the icing on the cake. I could have easily stayed there and slept on longer. Look forward to my next session. Thank you Kirstie.

Just come back from an amazing Indian head massage with Billie. First time I've visited, Billie was so lovely and the treatment was brilliant. I highly recommend.

Had my first Indian head massage with Kirstie yesterday, it was amazing. Felt comfortable, relaxed at the time and afterwards felt so chilled I came home and had a nap, following another nap in the evening! Had a great nights sleep and feel great this morning. This was my first ever Indian head massage so not too sure what to expect but it was definitely worth the money. I’m pretty sure I fell asleep for a little bit and it honestly felt like I slept seven hours! 10/10 would recommend!

Wow, I went for the stress relief head, neck and shoulders, it was soo much more that. I had the most amazing experience and best massage ever!! So much so I have got an Inner Bliss experience booked for Friday 😁 Tranquility is heaven and when you close that door behind you the outside world is forgotten about, it's beautiful inside, gorgeous fluffy blankets, warm bed and radiates the most amazing peaceful energy.
