Great therapy from Rosie today I had a 90 minute massage to help with sleep disruption and I was well gone! Rosie's therapy wasn't a pamper and was quite deep which is perfect. Next time I will ask for my head/face not to be done, by the time I had my back done (last) I was zzz..... I can’t recommend Sarah highly enough. I see her regularly for both reflexology and lymphatic drainage massage, and the difference she makes is incredible. Her reflexology is amazing. I struggle with water retention, and after every treatment I leave feeling so much lighter on my feet, completely relaxed, and I’m guaranteed a great night’s sleep afterwards. Sarah is also, without a doubt, the best lymphatic therapist locally. She has a real understanding of the lymphatic system and knows exactly how to approach the body properly to encourage healthy lymph flow. Highly recommended :)

Ive been going here since Lynette took over. Had various treatments from biab nails, reflexology, spray tan, waxing and tinting, sunbeds, all superb and expertly carried out by staff..today was facial with Charley 5 star 🌟 from start to finish, skin feels amazing and the added bonus of scalp and neck massage. Always a pleasure to visit for treatments ,staff a credit to salon 😀 always come out smiling
