I love the fact that with Dawn, there was an immediately calm and relaxed atmosphere which put me at ease. There was no expectations to talk throughout the treatment as Dawn made it clear from the start that this was "my time" and I was able to totally unwind and switch off. Today was my first treatment with Dawn. I had the head-spa and it was lush, I feel super relaxed and recharged. Thank you.

I happily became a regular user (basically addicted) to the Hollywood wax by Dawn. She is so confident in her job that I could easily fall asleep while she is waxing me. No pain at all, no stress, clean and sorted for weeks. I cannot recommend enough. 10/10

What a brilliant treat! The venue is gorgeous, Toria was so lovely and helpful. I had the luxury treatment and was treated to a great message whilst my hair was conditioning. The scalp analysis was so interesting and so great to learn about my scalp health and hair growth. I feel relaxed, my hair is super soft, my scalp feels amazing and everything smells so good. Zoe is amazing! I always have a fantastic experience, and today was no different. I had the hour deluxe back massage and it was amazing. Zoe always listens to what problem areas you have and targets them whilst also spending time on the other parts. Not felt that relaxed and pampered in a longtime. Would 100% recommend and definitely worth the money
